Full packing
We pack the whole house, usually the day before the move. You keep out what you need overnight and we handle everything else. This is what most people choose when they are working full time or moving with small children.
Partial packing
You do the closets and the books, we do the kitchen, the artwork, the electronics, and anything breakable. It costs less than full service while removing the parts most people dread.
Custom crating
Purpose-built wooden crates for artwork, mirrors, marble tops, chandeliers, and anything else a cardboard box was never going to protect. Built to the piece, not to a standard size.
Supplies only
A full line of professional boxes, paper, tape, dish barrels, and wardrobe cartons if you would rather pack yourself but want the materials that actually hold up.
What packing actually costs you if you do it yourself
Most people underestimate packing by about a week. A three-bedroom house is roughly forty to sixty hours of work if one person is doing it around a job, and it tends to get done badly at the end when everyone is tired. That is when the breakage happens. The other hidden cost is materials. Boxes, paper, tape, and dish barrels for a house that size run into real money at retail, and most people buy the wrong sizes. Heavy things go in small boxes and light things go in large ones, which sounds obvious until you are looking at a room full of books. When we quote packing we include the materials, the labor, and the time it takes. You get one number and one day off your calendar.
