Our founders are U.S. combat veterans who approach each move as a mission. They don't just want to get your stuff from point A to point B; they want to execute a flawless move that leaves you feeling like everything was handled with precision, care, and efficiency.

Lesson #1: Plan Like You're Going to War

When you're planning a move, it can feel like you're going to war. There are so many things to consider, so many details to manage, and so much at stake. You need a plan that takes into account every single aspect of the move, from packing up your belongings to unpacking them in your new home.

Lesson #2: Communicate Clearly and Often

Communication is key to any successful mission, whether it's a military operation or a move across town. You need to be able to communicate clearly and often with your team, so everyone knows what they're supposed to be doing and when they're supposed to be doing it. And you need to be able to communicate clearly and often with your clients, so they know what to expect and when to expect it.

Lesson #3: Treat Your Clients Like They're Part of Your Team

When you're executing a successful move, it's not just about getting your stuff from point A to point B. It's about treating your clients like they're part of your team, ones who are invested in the success of the move as much as you are. You need to be able to communicate clearly and often with them, so they know what they're supposed to be doing and when they're supposed to be doing it. And you need to be able to treat them with respect and dignity, ones who deserve to have their belongings handled with care and efficiency.

Lesson #4: Execute With Precision and Efficiency

Our founders learned this lesson during their time in combat. They learned that the best way to execute a successful mission was to have a detailed plan in place, one that took into account every single aspect of the mission, from logistics to strategy to communication.

And they've applied that same approach to the world of moving and storage. In fact, we've been using these lessons for over 40 years to help our clients move with ease and confidence.
